Return Process

  Log into your Autelonline account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
